What happens when I hit my monthly ID limit?
Identification stops for the rest of your billing period. Session tracking continues — no visitor data is lost. Buy a top-up pack to resume immediately, or wait for your period to reset.
Do unused IDs roll over?
No — unused subscription quota expires at the end of each billing period. Top-up pack IDs never expire and roll over indefinitely.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. Downgrade via the Stripe Customer Portal in your account settings.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed as a single upfront lump sum (no 12 instalments). You save 30% vs the monthly rate. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at period end — no mid-year refunds.
What is an enterprise contract?
For customers needing more than 5,000 IDs/month, we offer custom contracts with a negotiated £/ID rate (from £0.10 down to £0.022 at scale), custom quota, and dedicated support. Minimum 12-month term. Contact us to discuss.
