Warmly alternatives, now that HubSpot is acquiring Warmly

Last updated: 12 October 2026

HubSpot is acquiring Warmly. What Warmly costs today, what the deal may change, and 6 Warmly alternatives compared. Checked 8 October 2026.

The short answer

Warmly combines visitor identification with website chat, AI agents and outreach automation, starting at $10,000 a year. On 30 June 2026, Warmly announced that it has agreed to be acquired by HubSpot, and said contracts, pricing and integrations stay the same for current customers for now. The main Warmly alternatives are Warm AI, RB2B, Snitcher, Leadfeeder, Albacross and Lead Forensics.

We make Warm AI, so we have an interest. To keep this fair, every fact about Warmly comes from Warmly's own website, every price comes from each company's own pricing page, and everything was checked on 8 October 2026.

What Warmly offers today

Warmly says it "de-anonymizes website visitors at the person level", and its blog says its person-level identification "isn't US-bound." It sells three main plans, each billed annually or quarterly:

Warmly planAnnualQuarterlyWhat it adds
AI Web-DeanonymizationFrom $10,000/year$4,875/quarterIdentified companies and contacts, alerts, lead routing, CRM sync
Inbound ChatFrom $20,000/year$6,500/quarterAdds an AI chatbot, live chat and automated email follow-up
AI Inbound AutopilotFrom $30,000/year$9,750/quarterAdds AI agents that qualify visitors and write follow-up

Add-ons such as its GTM Signals Package and Warm Experiences are $10,000 a year each. Warmly does not show a free plan or trial on its pricing page. It says: "Pay quarterly to try, switch to annual to save."

What the HubSpot deal could change

Warmly announced on 30 June 2026 that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by HubSpot. Warmly says current customers' contracts, pricing, account team, product and integrations stay the same for now, and that it plans to connect its features across HubSpot's platform over time. When we checked on 8 October 2026, neither company had announced that the deal has completed.

HubSpot has not said whether Warmly will require a HubSpot account in future. For comparison, after HubSpot acquired Clearbit, new Clearbit sign-ups needed a HubSpot account from December 2023. If your CRM is not HubSpot, it is worth asking Warmly how the deal affects you before you sign or renew.

Why teams look for a Warmly alternative

There are three common reasons.

You only need visitor identification. Warmly is a full platform. If your team only needs to know who is on your website and send them to your CRM or outreach tool, you pay for features you will not use.

You want a monthly plan. Warmly bills annually or quarterly, from $10,000 a year. Most alternatives offer monthly plans or free tiers.

You are not on HubSpot. With the HubSpot deal, some teams on Salesforce or other CRMs want a tool with no question mark over its future.

The 6 Warmly alternatives

1. Warm AI: best for focused identification on a monthly plan

Warm AI checks several identification providers at once, including RB2B and Snitcher along with 7 more data sources, and keeps the best match. US visitors are shown as named people with their LinkedIn profile and email address where available. UK and EU visitors are shown as companies. Visitors go to HubSpot, Slack, email alerts, HeyReach, Valley or a CSV, so you can keep the outreach tools you already use.

Plans start at £89 a month for 50 IDs, where a company uses 1 ID and a named US person uses 2, with no long-term contract and a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Warm AI does not include website chat or AI agents. HubSpot is the only CRM it connects to directly today.

2. RB2B: best for US-only teams that want named people in Slack

RB2B names individual US visitors and sends their LinkedIn profiles to Slack. Its free plan is company level only, paid plans start at $79 a month, and email addresses and CRM integrations start on the Pro plan at $149 a month. Person-level identification is US only. See our RB2B alternatives page.

3. Snitcher: best for low-cost company identification

Snitcher identifies companies and lets you reveal individual contact details when you choose to. It syncs with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics. Plans are advertised from $49 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card needed.

4. Leadfeeder: best for a free starting point

Leadfeeder identifies companies and has a free plan for up to 100 companies a month with 7 days of history. Paid plans start from €79 a month billed annually and connect to CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive. See our Leadfeeder alternative page.

5. Albacross: best for European teams on a budget

Albacross identifies companies, is priced by how many it identifies each month, and offers verified emails and phone numbers with credits. Starter costs €59 a month billed yearly, or €84 monthly, with a 14-day trial and no card needed.

6. Lead Forensics: best for a managed, sales-led service

Lead Forensics focuses on company-level identification and gives you business contacts at the companies that visit, where available. It lists a dedicated customer success manager and unlimited users. It does not publish its prices and quotes after a demo and a one-week trial. See our Lead Forensics alternatives comparison.

Warmly vs Lead Forensics

Warmly says it identifies people as well as companies, adds chat and AI agents on higher plans, and publishes prices from $10,000 a year. Lead Forensics focuses on companies, gives you business contacts at those companies where available, and quotes after a demo and trial. Choose Warmly for a full engagement platform. Choose Lead Forensics for company data with a managed service.

Warmly vs Clearbit

Both are now tied to HubSpot. Clearbit's visitor identification is offered to new customers inside HubSpot as buyer intent, which shows companies and is paid for with HubSpot credits. Warmly identifies companies and people, works with HubSpot and Salesforce today, and starts at $10,000 a year. See our Clearbit Reveal alternatives page.

Warmly vs Leadfeeder

Leadfeeder identifies companies, has a free plan, and paid plans from €79 a month billed annually. Warmly identifies companies and people and adds chat and AI agents, from $10,000 a year. Choose Leadfeeder for low-cost company identification. Choose Warmly for a full engagement platform.

How to switch from Warmly

  1. Check your contract end date and notice terms.
  2. List what you use. If it is mainly identification and alerts, a focused tool will cover it. If you rely on chat or AI agents, you will need a separate tool for those.
  3. Start a trial of the alternative and run it alongside Warmly for at least two weeks on the same traffic.
  4. Compare identified companies and named people that fit your ideal customer, not the totals.
  5. Move your CRM sync, alerts and outreach campaigns, then remove the Warmly script.
