We lived this problem. So we built the fix.

Warm AI was built by people who spent years selling visitor identification, and watching most of the pipeline disappear anyway. This is the tool we wished we'd had.

We watched buyers vanish, every single day.

Before Warm, our founders sold visitor identification software at Lead Forensics. Day after day, they watched the same thing happen: a company's real buyers landed on the site, looked at pricing, and left, and the tool only caught a fraction of them. The match rate capped out. The pipeline disappeared. And the customer was locked into a long contract for the privilege.

We didn't read about this problem in a market report. We sat inside it for years. That's where Warm AI started: not with a gap someone spotted, but with a frustration we couldn't stop thinking about.

We started as Cold AI. Then we realised we had it backwards.

Our first idea was an outreach engine, cold email, the usual. But the more we built, the clearer it became that the hard part wasn't sending the message. It was knowing who to send it to. The signal everyone was missing sat right there in their own website traffic, mostly invisible.

So we flipped it. We became Warm AI, and we went after the harder, more valuable problem first: see the real people and companies on your site, in real time, before they leave. Get that right, and everything else, the outreach, the follow-up, the meeting, gets easier.

One layer that sees everything, instead of one source that sees a sliver.

Most tools are built on a single data provider, so they only ever see part of your traffic. Warm AI sits above the providers, not inside one. For every visitor, we query multiple leading sources at once and keep the strongest match, so you catch the buyers single-source tools miss.

We built it the way we wish someone had built it for us: month to month, no locked-in contracts, wired into the tools your team already uses, and compliant from the first line of code rather than as an afterthought. Identification is where we start. Turning that signal into real conversations is where we're headed.

Three founders. Sales, operations, and physics.

Two of us came from inside the incumbent. One came from the lab. All three of us answer to the same goal: show you who's really on your site, and help you do something about it.

Ex-Lead Forensics, where he spent 19 months going from SDR to Account Executive selling B2B lead-generation software. Tom leads operations and commercial, and shares the frontline experience of watching single-source identification fall short.

Dr Phil Smith, Co-Founder & CPTO of Warm AI

Dr Phil Smith

Co-Founder & CPTO

PhD in Nuclear Physics (Bristol) and a BSc in Chemistry (Plymouth). Phil leads product and built the Warm AI platform, the multi-provider engine, the API, and the AI that scores every visitor. He brings a physicist's habit of building from first principles to everything we ship.

Compliance isn't a checkbox for us. It's how the product is built.

We engineered Warm AI to be GDPR-first, because the teams who most need this tool are often the ones who can least afford a legal headache. We're ICO-registered. EU and UK visitors are identified at company level first, with person-level enrichment only through compliant data partners and only where legally permitted. Our privacy and tracker policies are published and live. You shouldn't have to choose between seeing your traffic and sleeping at night.

Let's turn your traffic into pipeline.
