The short answer
Lead Forensics does not publish its prices. It says your price depends on how much traffic your website gets and how many new leads it finds for you, and it works out a quote after a demo and a one-week free trial. Users are unlimited and do not change the price. Pricing guides citing buyer data from Vendr, a software buying service, put the median at about $17,486 a year, and one guide gives a range of about $6,000 to $98,000. Lead Forensics has not confirmed any of these figures. Its contract terms are not published either, so read your order form carefully before you sign.
We make Warm AI, a different visitor identification tool, so we have an interest. Three of our founders used to work at Lead Forensics. Everything on this page comes from public sources, not from our time there: Lead Forensics' own website, review sites and published pricing guides, checked between 19 and 26 October 2026.
What Lead Forensics says about its pricing
In its own words, on its pricing page:
- How the price is set: "The cost of Lead Forensics is based on how much traffic you're generating to your website. The trial will demonstrate the volume of visitors and determine the cost for your business."
- Users: "The number of users is unlimited and doesn't affect your price."
- Free trial: "The Lead Forensics trial is one week long. Your representative will walk you through your website traffic at the end of the trial."
- Buying process: start with a demo, then a free trial, then choose a package.
There is no price, currency or "from" figure anywhere on the page.

What do buyers report paying?
Because Lead Forensics does not publish prices, the figures below come from other companies. Treat them as rough guides, not quotes.
| Source | What it says | Based on |
|---|---|---|
| Vendr, a software buying service, as cited by 2026 pricing guides | A median of about $17,486 a year. One guide gives a range of about $6,000 to $98,000 | Vendr's buyer data, as reported by DataLane and Factors (median) and MarketBetter (range). We could not open Vendr's own page to check |
| ZoomInfo pricing guide, June 2026 | Essentials about $6,000 to $25,000 a year. Automate about $25,000 to $95,000 a year | ZoomInfo's estimate |
| G2, the software review site | Lists Lead Forensics pricing as "Priced upon Website Traffic Volumes" and says "Multi-year contracts available" | G2 listing, last updated 9 October 2024, supplied by the vendor or taken from public materials |
| G2 reviews | An average reported discount of 12% | G2 reviewer data, from a small number of pricing reviews |
Most of these figures are in US dollars. Lead Forensics is a UK company, and the guides we cite do not say what UK buyers are quoted in pounds.
What is public about Lead Forensics contracts?
Lead Forensics does not publish its customer contract terms. The only terms on its website cover use of the website itself. So the length of the contract, how it renews, how much notice you must give and how prices can rise are set out in your own order form and agreement.
Some third-party pricing guides describe specific notice periods and price rises at renewal. They do not agree on the details, and we could not find these terms in anything Lead Forensics publishes, so treat them as unconfirmed.
What reviewers say about contracts, in their own words:
- "Contract terms are a little longer than desired." (5-star review on Capterra, October 2024)
- "The contracts are very long - up to 3 years and if you miss the cutoff you are tied in." (4-star review on Capterra, April 2021)
These are two of 270 Capterra reviews, where Lead Forensics averages 4.5 out of 5.
Overall, reviewers rate Lead Forensics well. It has a TrustScore of 4.6 on Trustpilot from 993 reviews, and scores 4.4 out of 5 on G2 from 1,201 reviews.
Questions to ask before you sign
- How long is the contract? Ask whether it is 12 months, longer, or multi-year.
- Does it renew automatically? If so, for how long, and on what date.
- How much notice do I need to give? Ask for the exact number of days and how notice must be sent.
- Can the price go up? Ask whether the price can rise at renewal, and by how much.
- What happens if my traffic grows? Your price is based on traffic, so ask what happens if traffic rises above what the trial showed.
- What is included? Ask whether you are getting Essentials or Automate, and whether contact data has any monthly limit.
- Is there a discount? G2 shows an average reported discount of 12%, so it is reasonable to ask.
Get the answers in writing, and put the notice date in your calendar on the day you sign.
Is Lead Forensics worth the price?
- Good fit if: you want a managed service with a dedicated customer success manager, unlimited users, contact details for decision makers, and a UK-based supplier.
- Watch out for: no published prices, no published contract terms, and contracts that some reviewers describe as long. You will not know the cost until after the trial.
