Visitor Queue alternatives, now that Visitor Queue is part of Leadinfo

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Visitor Queue is now part of Leadinfo, and visitorqueue.com redirects there. What changed, Leadinfo's prices in US dollars, and 5 other alternatives compared. Prices checked 19 and 20 October 2026.

The short answer

Visitor Queue, a Canadian website visitor identification tool, was bought by Leadinfo in January 2026. Its website now redirects to Leadinfo. If you used Visitor Queue, the closest replacement is Leadinfo itself, which identifies companies from $73 a month billed annually. The other main alternatives are Warm AI, RB2B, Snitcher, Leadfeeder and Albacross. If you want to know the person who visited, not only the company, look at Warm AI or RB2B, which name visitors in the US.

We make Warm AI, so we have an interest. RB2B and Snitcher are also two of the data providers Warm AI checks. To keep this fair, every fact about another tool comes from that company's own website, and every price from its own pricing page, checked on 19 and 20 October 2026.

What happened to Visitor Queue?

  • The sale: on 20 January 2026, Leadinfo, a Dutch company that is part of team.blue, announced it had acquired Visitor Queue. Leadinfo described Visitor Queue as "a Canada-based company serving customers across North America".
  • The reason: Leadinfo says the deal "supports our long-term ambition to build a truly global visitor intelligence platform", bringing together its 9,000+ clients in Europe and Visitor Queue's customers in North America.
  • The website: visitorqueue.com now redirects to Leadinfo's website.
  • Existing customers: Leadinfo's announcement does not say what happens to Visitor Queue plans, prices or contracts. It says its priority is "a smooth transition to maintain customer support and product continuity". Visitor Queue's CEO said customers "will benefit from expanded resources, faster innovation and deeper platform capabilities".
  • Old prices: Visitor Queue's own pricing page is no longer online, so we do not quote its old prices. Some other websites list them, but we could not check those figures against Visitor Queue's own pages.

The alternatives in detail

Leadinfo

Leadinfo now owns Visitor Queue. It identifies the companies that visit your website and shows contacts at those companies, from what it calls a "Database with +300M decision makers". It publishes its prices in US dollars, euros, pounds and Danish kroner. The Starter plan includes 3 users, Scale includes 10, and Pro has unlimited users. Leadinfo says data is hosted on Amazon Web Services in Ireland.

  • Good fit if: you want the closest thing to Visitor Queue, from the company that bought it.
  • Watch out for: it does not name the individual visitor. Starter covers up to 100 companies a month with 3 users. If you go over your limit, new visits are hidden until you upgrade.
  • Price: from $73/month billed annually, or $107 monthly, for up to 50 companies. Scale starts at $172/month billed annually. 14-day trial, no payment details needed.

Warm AI

Warm AI identifies the companies visiting your website, and in the US the people. It checks several identification providers at once, including Snitcher and RB2B along with 7 more data sources, and keeps the best match. Named US visitors come with their job title, LinkedIn profile and, where available, business email. Visitors outside the US, including Canada, are shown as companies.

  • Good fit if: your buyers are in the US and you want named visitors as well as companies, on a monthly plan with no long-term contract.
  • Watch out for: prices are in pounds. HubSpot is the only CRM it connects to directly. Named people are shown for the US only.
  • Price: £89/month for 50 IDs, or £62/month billed annually. A company uses 1 ID and a named US visitor uses 2. 14-day free trial, no card needed. See pricing.

RB2B

RB2B names individual visitors in the US. It says its person-level identification is "US only". Its free plan shows companies only.

  • Good fit if: most of your buyers are in the US and you want named visitors sent to Slack at a low price.
  • Watch out for: it counts identified visitors, not companies. Going over your allowance costs 45 cents per extra resolution on Starter, and 25 cents on Pro and Pro+.
  • Price: free plan with 150 resolutions, companies only. Starter is $79/month for 300 resolutions, and Pro starts at $149/month for 600. 7-day trial. See our RB2B alternative page.

Snitcher

Snitcher, a Dutch company, says it "only identifies companies and organizations". It can also show contacts at the companies that visit, and includes 100 email reveals a month. Every plan has unlimited users.

  • Good fit if: you want company identification at a low price, for a whole team.
  • Watch out for: it does not name anonymous visitors. Its page title says plans start at "$49/mo". The price table shows dollars or euros depending on where you view it from, and showed euros when we checked from the UK.
  • Price: from €49/month billed annually, or €79 monthly, for up to 50 companies. 14-day trial, no card needed.

Leadfeeder

Leadfeeder identifies companies and can show contact details for people who work there, unlocked with credits. In March 2026, Dealfront changed its name to Leadfeeder. Every plan has unlimited users.

  • Good fit if: you want a free plan to start with.
  • Watch out for: it may count each office location of a company separately. It asks for 30 days' notice before an annual plan renews.
  • Price: free Lite plan showing the last 100 companies a month, with 7 days of history. Paid plans from €79/month billed annually, or €113 monthly, for up to 50 companies. 14-day trial. See our Leadfeeder alternative page.

Albacross

Albacross, based in Stockholm, identifies companies and adds decision-maker contacts from its data partners, unlocked with credits. Its Starter plan includes 10 email credits and 5 phone credits.

  • Good fit if: you want company identification with some contact credits included.
  • Watch out for: its terms say every plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 30 days before it ends.
  • Price: from €59/month billed annually, or €84 monthly, for up to 50 companies. Professional starts at €149/month billed annually. 14-day trial, no card needed.

How to switch from Visitor Queue

  1. Check your contract. Find your renewal date and how much notice you need to give.
  2. Ask about your data. Ask Leadinfo how to export your company lists and visit history before you change anything.
  3. Run two trials at the same time. Test Leadinfo and one other tool on the same traffic for a week. Count the companies that fit your ideal customer, not the total.
  4. Replace the tracking script. Add the new tool's script to every page, then remove the old one once you have chosen.
  5. Reconnect where results go. Set up your CRM, Slack or email alerts again in the new tool.
  6. Check consent. If you have visitors in the UK or EU, set the new tool to wait for consent through your cookie banner. Our guide to GDPR-compliant visitor identification tools compares how each tool handles this.
