Website visitor identification pricing, compared

Last updated: 19 October 2026

What website visitor identification really costs: 11 tools priced from their own pricing pages, with worked examples at 100 and 500 companies a month. Checked 19 October 2026.

The short answer

Tools that identify the companies visiting your website cost from €49 to €249 a month, or £57 to £174 in pounds, for 50 to 500 companies a month on annual billing. Annual billing is usually about 30% cheaper than paying monthly. Tools that name individual visitors in the US start at $79 a month. Wider platforms cost far more: Warmly starts at $10,000 a year for visitor identification and $20,000 a year with chat, and Vector, an account-based marketing (ABM) platform, starts at $36,000 a year. Leadfeeder and RB2B have free plans. Lead Forensics does not publish its prices.

We make Warm AI, so we have an interest. RB2B and Snitcher are also two of the data providers Warm AI checks. To keep this fair, every price below comes from each company's own pricing page, checked on 19 October 2026. We show each price in the currency its pricing page showed us from the UK, and have not converted them, because exchange rates change.

How is website visitor identification priced?

Tools charge for different things, so the headline prices are not directly comparable. There are five main ways.

What you pay forWhat it meansTools that charge this way
Companies identified each monthEach company that visits counts once a month, however often it comes backWarm AI, Leadfeeder, Leadinfo, Albacross, Snitcher
Identified visitors (resolutions or leads)Each visitor the tool identifies counts towards your allowanceRB2B, Happierleads

Warm AI counts in IDs. A company uses 1 ID. A named person in the US uses 2 IDs, because person-level data costs more to supply.

What will it cost me? Three worked examples

We priced the same volumes across the tools that publish their prices. Each figure is the cheapest plan that covers the volume, taken from that company's own price table.

Example 1: about 100 companies a month

A small team whose visitors are mostly in the UK and Europe.

ToolPlan that covers itBilled annuallyBilled monthly
Warm AI100 IDs£83/month£119/month
LeadinfoStarter, 51 to 100 companies£82/month£108/month
Snitcher51 to 100 companies€69/month€109/month
AlbacrossStarter, 50 to 100 companies€99/monthNot checked for this tier
LeadfeederDiscover, 51 to 100 companies€109/month€156/month
RB2BFree, 150 resolutions$0, companies only$0, companies only

RB2B counts identified visitors, not companies, so 100 visiting companies can use more than 100 resolutions.

Example 2: about 500 companies a month

A growing team with more website traffic.

ToolPlan that covers itBilled annuallyBilled monthly
Warm AI500 IDs£160/month£229/month
LeadinfoScale, 251 to 500 companies£174/month£232/month

LeadfeederDiscover, 401 to 500 companies€249/month€356/month
RB2BPro, 600 resolutionsNot listed$149/month

Example 3: 300 named US visitors and 200 other companies a month

A team selling into the US that wants to know who visited, not only which company.

ToolPlan that covers itPrice
RB2BPro, 600 resolutions$149/month
Warm AI1,000 IDs (300 people at 2 IDs, plus 200 companies)£265/month billed annually, or £379 monthly
WarmlyAI Web-DeanonymizationFrom $10,000/year
VectorABM platformFrom $36,000/year

Warmly and Vector show starting prices only, and neither says what volume they cover. Snitcher, Leadfeeder, Leadinfo and Albacross show companies and contacts at those companies, but do not name anonymous visitors, so they are not in this example. Happierleads is also left out, because its pricing page does not say which countries it names visitors in.

What hidden costs should you check?

  1. Annual billing is cheaper, but paid upfront. Most tools take about 30% off for paying a year in advance. Check whether you can cancel, and when. Leadfeeder asks for 30 days' notice before an annual plan renews. Albacross asks for 30 days' notice before any plan renews, monthly or annual.
  2. Going over your limit. Tools handle this differently:
    • RB2B charges 45 cents per extra resolution on Starter and 25 cents on Pro and Pro+.
    • Leadfeeder stops showing new companies until the next month, and may move you up a tier from your next billing period, after emailing you.
    • Leadinfo keeps collecting visits but hides them until you upgrade.
    • Snitcher asks you to upgrade to a higher tier, and warns you in the app.
    • Warm AI says it will always ask before any overage.
  3. Contact details cost extra. Leadfeeder, Albacross and Snitcher charge credits to reveal emails or phone numbers. Albacross Starter includes 10 email and 5 phone credits. Snitcher includes 100 email reveals a month.
  4. How visits are counted. Leadfeeder may count each office location of a company separately. RB2B and Happierleads count identified visitors, not companies.
  5. Users and websites. Leadinfo's Starter plan includes 3 users and Scale includes 10. Leadfeeder and Snitcher include unlimited users on every plan. RB2B charges $99 a month for up to 5 extra domains on Pro and Pro+.

Notes on each tool

  • Warm AI: one plan with every feature, from 50 to 5,000 IDs, then custom pricing. Named people are shown for US visitors. UK, EU and all other visitors are shown as companies. If you only want companies, Warm AI can switch named people off, so every identification uses 1 ID.
  • Leadfeeder: the free Lite plan shows the last 100 companies a month with 7 days of history. Its Activate and Scale plans add contact credits and cost from €369 and €599 a month, billed annually.
  • Leadinfo: Leadinfo bought Visitor Queue in January 2026, and visitorqueue.com now sends you to Leadinfo's website. Leadinfo publishes prices in pounds, euros, US dollars and Danish kroner.
  • RB2B: the free plan shows companies only, with no named people or email addresses. Starter adds named US visitors, with LinkedIn profiles sent to Slack or Teams. Business email addresses and other integrations start on Pro.
  • HubSpot: if you already pay for HubSpot, its buyer intent feature identifies companies using HubSpot credits. HubSpot's catalogue lists 10 credits to create or monitor a company with intent signals for one month. Paid HubSpot plans include between 500 and 10,000 credits a month, depending on the product and plan.
  • Lead Forensics: says its cost "is based on how much traffic you're generating to your website", and that its one-week trial is used to work out your price. Users are unlimited.
  • Warmly: in June 2026 Warmly announced an agreement to be acquired by HubSpot. Four quarterly payments add up to $19,500, against the $10,000 annual starting price, though Warmly does not say whether both starting prices cover the same volume. Warm AI (getwarmai.com) is a separate company from Warmly (warmly.ai).
  • Vector: relaunched in September 2026 as an ABM platform, sold on one annual contract. Signals, scoring and advertising are charged by usage, and seats are unlimited.

So, how much should you budget?

For a small B2B team seeing about 100 companies a month, the tools above cost from €69 to €109, or £82 to £83, a month on annual billing. For about 500 companies a month, they cost from €139 to €249, or £160 to £174. If you sell into the US and want named visitors, add the cost of person-level identification: from $79 a month with RB2B, or 2 IDs per person with Warm AI. Budget five figures a year only if you want a full platform with AI chat or ABM advertising.

Frequently asked questions

How much does website visitor identification software cost per month?

Tools that identify companies cost from €49 or £57 a month for up to 50 companies, on annual billing. Named US visitors start at $79 a month with RB2B. Wider platforms such as Warmly and Vector start at $10,000 and $36,000 a year.

Is there free website visitor identification software?

Yes. Leadfeeder's free Lite plan shows the last 100 companies a month, and RB2B's free plan shows companies with 150 resolutions a month. Most other tools offer a free trial of 7 to 14 days.

Is per-resolution or per-company pricing better?

Per-company pricing is easier to predict, because each company counts once a month however often it visits. Per-resolution pricing counts each identified visitor, which suits tools that name people, but can cost more if one company sends several visitors.

Is RB2B cheaper than Leadfeeder?

For named US visitors, yes. RB2B starts at $79 a month, and Leadfeeder does not name anonymous visitors. For company identification, both have free plans. Leadfeeder's paid plans start at €79 a month billed annually.

How much does Lead Forensics cost?

Lead Forensics does not publish its prices. It says the cost depends on your website traffic and is worked out during a one-week trial. Users are unlimited.

Is annual billing worth it?

Usually about 30% cheaper, but you pay upfront and need to give notice before it renews. Pay monthly while you test, then switch to annual once you know the tool works for your traffic.
