Leadfeeder pricing, explained

Last updated: 26 October 2026

What Leadfeeder really costs: free Lite plan, Discover from €79 a month, Activate from €369, Scale from €599, with every tier, credit and catch explained. Checked 26 October 2026.

The short answer

Leadfeeder has a free plan and three paid plans. Lite is free and shows the last 100 companies a month. Discover starts at €79 a month billed annually, or €113 paying monthly, for up to 50 companies a month. Activate starts at €369 a month billed annually and adds verified emails and phone numbers, with more credits. Scale starts at €599 a month and is sold on annual plans. Your price depends on how many companies Leadfeeder identifies on your website each month, and every plan has unlimited users.

We make Warm AI, a different visitor identification tool, so we have an interest. Every price and rule below comes from Leadfeeder's own pricing page and help centre, checked on 26 October 2026. Prices are in euros, as Leadfeeder's pricing page showed them to us from the UK.

How Leadfeeder works out your price

Your price depends on two things: how many companies Leadfeeder identifies on your website each month, and how many credits you need.

  • Identified companies. Each company counts once a month, however many times it visits. Leadfeeder says it filters out internet providers and low-quality traffic. One exception: "one company name may appear multiple times in Web Visitors if their employees work from multiple company locations".
  • Credits. Identifying companies does not use credits. Credits are used when you enrich data or take an action. Leadfeeder's help centre lists an email address at 0.2 credits, an email address and phone number at 1 credit, and exporting or syncing a record to your CRM at 1 credit. Once someone on your account has paid for a record, the rest of the team can use it without paying again for 12 months.

Activate prices, tier by tier

Activate is priced by companies a month and credits a month. These are the prices for the smallest credit allowance at each company level.

Companies a monthCredits a monthBilled annuallyBilled monthly
Up to 1,000200€369/month€527/month

Up to 3,000200€499/month€713/month
Up to 4,000200€579/month€827/month

More credits cost more. For example, 1,000 companies with 1,500 credits is €499 a month billed annually, or €713 monthly.

Scale prices

Scale starts at €599 a month for 2,000 companies and 1,000 credits, and goes up to €2,089 a month for 10,000 companies and 5,500 credits. Leadfeeder's price table says Scale is billed annually only. Its FAQ also says Scale can be paid annually upfront or quarterly, so ask which applies to you.

What else should you check before you buy?

  1. Annual billing is about 30% cheaper, but paid upfront and renewed automatically. Leadfeeder's help centre says annual plans can be cancelled "up to 30 days before the end of the current billing cycle", so set a reminder. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.
  2. Going over your limit. When you reach your monthly company limit, new companies stop appearing until your next billing period. Leadfeeder also sets your tier from the companies it identified over the last 12 months. If you need a higher tier, it emails you and changes your plan and price when your next subscription period starts.
  3. Office locations. A company with several offices may count as more than one identified company.
  4. Credits for CRM syncing. Pushing companies to your CRM uses credits, not only revealing contact details. Check how many credits your plan includes.
  5. Unused credits. Credits included in your plan do not roll over. Annual plans get the whole year's credits on day one, and monthly plans get them month by month. Extra credits, bought in blocks of 100 to 5,000, are valid for two years. Leadfeeder does not publish the price of extra credits.
  6. Lite has limits. The free plan shows only the last 100 companies a month, keeps 7 days of visitor history, and covers websites with up to 50,000 unique visitors a month. If you cancel a paid plan, your account moves back to Lite at the end of your paid term.
  7. Price rises. Leadfeeder's terms limit price increases to 5% a year. Moving to a higher tier because of your traffic is separate and can cost more.

Is Leadfeeder worth the price?

It depends on what you need from it.

  • Good fit if: you want company identification together with web analytics reports, a free plan to start on, and the whole team on one account with unlimited users.
  • Watch out for: Leadfeeder identifies companies, not the individual person who visited. The exception is people you already know, such as those who click your tracked marketing emails, log in to your site, or use a HubSpot form or chat. Contact details and CRM syncing use credits.

How Leadfeeder pricing compares with Warm AI

Warm AI also prices by identifications each month. A company uses 1 ID. A named visitor in the US uses 2 IDs, because Warm AI also names individual visitors in the US. Warm AI has no credits: CRM sync with HubSpot, Slack and email alerts and CSV export are included on every plan.

About 500€249/month billed annually, or €356 monthly£160/month billed annually, or £229 monthly

Warm AI's prices are in pounds and Leadfeeder's in euros, so compare them at today's exchange rate. When Warm AI reaches your monthly limit, identification pauses until your plan resets, and you can add a top-up pack at any time.
