The short answer
RB2B's pricing page lists a free plan and three paid plans, all priced per month in US dollars. Free shows companies only, with 150 resolutions a month. Starter costs $79 a month for 300 resolutions and names visitors in the US. Pro starts at $149 a month for 600 resolutions and adds business email addresses and integrations such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Pro+ starts at $199 a month for 600 resolutions and adds RB2B's "Premium Resolution", which it says finds more visitors. If you go over your resolutions, its pricing page lists overage at 45 cents for each extra one on Starter and 25 cents on Pro and Pro+, though its help centre gives different rules.
We make Warm AI, a different visitor identification tool, so we have an interest. RB2B is also one of the data sources Warm AI checks. Every price and rule below comes from RB2B's own pricing page and help pages, checked on 2 November 2026.
RB2B's plans at a glance
| Plan | Price | Resolutions a month | Who it names | Email addresses | Integrations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 150 | Companies only | No | Slack and Teams only |
| Starter | $79/month | 300 | People in the US, with LinkedIn profiles | No | Slack and Teams only |
| Pro | From $149/month | 600 to 2,500 | People in the US | Yes, business emails | All, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, webhooks and CSV export |
| Pro+ | From $199/month | 600 to 12,500, more on request | People in the US | Yes, business emails | All |
Every account starts with a 7-day trial of the full product, and RB2B says no credit card is needed. Its help centre says the trial is capped at 1,000 identified visitors. Plans are month to month by default, and RB2B's refund policy says it generally does not issue refunds, so cancel before your next billing date if you want to stop.
What is a resolution?
RB2B says: "A resolution is one identified website visitor that RB2B delivers to you." Its help centre adds three rules:
- Each visitor counts once in a 30-day cycle, however many times they come back.
- Company-level identifications count too. A visitor RB2B can only match to a company still uses a resolution.
- Unused resolutions do not roll over to the next cycle.
This is different from tools that count companies. If three people from the same company visit and RB2B identifies all three, that uses three resolutions.
Pro and Pro+ prices, tier by tier
| Resolutions a month | Pro | Pro+ |
|---|---|---|
| 600 | $149/month | $199/month |
| 1,250 | $249/month | $299/month |
| 2,500 | $349/month | $399/month |
| 5,000 | Not available | $499/month |
| 7,500 | Not available | $649/month |
| 10,000 | Not available | $799/month |
| 12,500 | Not available | $849/month |
| More than 12,500 | Not available | Priced by RB2B's sales team |
At each level Pro+ costs $50 a month more than Pro. RB2B's pricing page says Pro+ adds its "Identity Graph Waterfall" and "raises coverage from 15-20% to 35-45%" for both US people and companies worldwide. Its help centre gives higher figures (30-40% for Starter and Pro, 70-80% for Pro+), so treat these as RB2B's own estimates and test on your own traffic.
What happens if you go over?
RB2B's pricing page lists overage at:
- Starter: 45 cents for each extra resolution
- Pro and Pro+: 25 cents for each extra resolution
According to RB2B's help centre, overage is something you switch on, and you choose a monthly cap. With overage off, RB2B stops identifying visitors when you reach your plan's limit until the next cycle. RB2B's overage help article gives different Pro rates (85 cents per extra resolution, or 45 cents from 1,000) and says overage is only available on monthly Pro and Pro+ plans, so check in your account whether overage is offered on your plan, and at what rate, before you rely on it.
Because overage on Starter is expensive, moving up can work out cheaper. Using the prices on RB2B's pricing page:
| Visitors identified in a month | Starter with overage | Cheapest Pro option | Cheapest Pro+ option |
|---|---|---|---|
| 300 | $79 | $149 | $199 |
| 500 | $169 | $149 | $199 |
| 800 | $304 | $199 (600 plan plus 200 extra) | $249 (600 plan plus 200 extra) |
| 1,000 | $394 | $249 | $299 |
| 2,500 | $1,069 | $349 | $399 |
| 5,000 | $2,194 | $974 (2,500 plan plus 2,500 extra) | $499 |
Starter figures use the 45-cent rate on RB2B's pricing page; RB2B's overage help article says overage is only offered on Pro and Pro+. On those pricing-page rates, Pro costs less than Starter with overage from about 456 visitors a month, and Pro also includes business email addresses.
What else should you check?
- Person-level identification is US only. RB2B says: "Company-Level ID is global on every plan. Contact-level (person) ID is US only." Visitors from the UK, Europe and elsewhere are shown as companies.
- Starter has no email addresses. Starter sends LinkedIn profile links to Slack or Teams. Business email addresses and CRM integrations start on Pro.
- Extra websites cost more. On Pro and Pro+, each extra domain costs $99 a month, up to 5 extra domains, and RB2B says domain seats are non-refundable.
- Visitors outside the US use resolutions too. RB2B identifies companies worldwide by default. Its help centre says you can switch global tracking off if you only want US visitors, which saves resolutions.
- The free plan is limited. It shows companies only, with no named people, no email addresses and no integrations other than Slack and Teams.
- Human escalation starts on Pro. Free and Starter get RB2B's knowledge base plus AI chat and AI email support.
- Cancelling takes effect straight away. RB2B's help centre says cancellations and downgrades take effect immediately, and its refund policy says it generally does not refund unused time.
Is RB2B worth the price?
- Good fit if: most of your buyers are in the US, you want named visitors with LinkedIn profiles in Slack quickly, and you want to try it with a free trial and pay monthly.
- Watch out for: overage if your traffic grows, Starter's lack of email addresses, and no person-level identification outside the US.
How RB2B pricing compares with Warm AI
Warm AI checks several data sources for each visitor, including RB2B and Snitcher along with 7 more data sources, and keeps the best match. It names visitors in the US, and shows UK, EU and other visitors as companies, waiting for cookie consent where the law requires it. Warm AI counts in IDs: 1 for each company and 2 for each named US visitor. When you reach your monthly limit, identification pauses until your plan resets, and you can add a top-up pack at any time.
| Example month | RB2B | Warm AI |
|---|---|---|
| 300 named US visitors, no email addresses needed | Starter, $79/month | 600 IDs: 750 plan, £230/month billed annually, or £329 monthly |
| 300 named US visitors and 200 other companies, with email addresses | Pro, 600 resolutions, $149/month | 800 IDs: 1,000 plan, £265/month billed annually, or £379 monthly |
| 500 visitors from 500 companies, mostly in the UK and Europe | Free plan covers 150. Pro, 600 resolutions, $149/month | 500 IDs: £160/month billed annually, or £229 monthly |
In all three examples RB2B's list price is lower than Warm AI's. Warm AI is built for teams that sell into the UK and Europe as well as the US, want several data sources in one place, and want HubSpot, Slack, HeyReach and Valley on every plan.
