Send your website visitors into a Valley campaign

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Send the people Warm AI identifies on your website into the Valley campaign you choose. How it works, which visitors qualify, and Valley or HeyReach.

The short answer

Valley is an AI outbound platform that finds the people most likely to buy from you - from live buying signals, natural-language search, or your own lists - qualifies them against your ICP, researches each one, and sends personalized messages across email and LinkedIn that get 15-45% reply rates, against a category average of about 2%.

The Warm AI and Valley integration lets you send the people Warm identifies on your website into the Valley campaign you choose. Valley then handles them like any other prospect in that campaign: it scores them against your ideal customer and, if they fit, researches them and writes your outreach. You decide who to send, one person at a time.

The integration is included on every Warm AI plan. You need your own account with Valley, AI outbound platform.

Why Valley users need a website visitor source

Valley's help centre says its own Website Intent feature, also called Website Visitors, was retired in June 2026 and no longer collects website visitor data. Valley still captures LinkedIn signals such as profile viewers, post engagers, followers and competitor engagers.

Warm fills that gap for your US visitors. It identifies who is on your website and lets you send them into Valley, so your Valley campaigns can include people who have recently been on your site.

What the integration does

  • No exports. Send a visitor from Warm into a Valley campaign directly, with no CSV files to download and upload.
  • You choose the campaign. Each time you send someone, you pick which Valley campaign they join, so a pricing page visitor can go to a different campaign from someone reading your blog.
  • You choose the people. Nothing goes to Valley automatically. You review visitors in Warm and send the ones worth contacting.
  • Valley does the rest. Once a person is in a campaign, Valley scores them and, if they fit, researches and writes to them in the same way as the rest of that campaign.

Which visitors can be sent to Valley?

Only people Warm identifies by name, which today means visitors in the US. Valley adds prospects by their LinkedIn profile, so it needs a named person, not just a company.

Warm shows UK, EU and other non-US visitors as companies, not people, so they are not sent to Valley. You still see them in Warm, and you can send companies to HubSpot or get alerts in Slack or by email.

How to send a visitor to Valley

  1. Connect Valley in Warm. Go to Integrations in Warm and connect your Valley account.
  2. Find a visitor worth contacting. Look at the pages they read and how often they came back.
  3. Send them to Valley. From the visitor in Warm, send them to Valley and choose the campaign they should join.
  4. Check the campaign in Valley. Shortly after, the person appears in that campaign alongside your other prospects.

What happens in Valley

Valley handles the person as it would any prospect added to that campaign. Valley says it scores each prospect against your ideal customer profile and, for those that fit, researches them and writes messages in your voice. Unless you turn on Valley's Autopilot, you review and approve Valley's messages before they are sent.

Combining website visitors with Valley's LinkedIn signals

A website visit and a LinkedIn signal tell you different things. Someone who viewed your LinkedIn profile knows who you are. Someone who read your pricing page is weighing up your product. Valley captures the first kind, and Warm adds the second.

We use Warm and Valley together for our own outreach.
